A VIRTUAL 5-WEEK GROUP MENTORSHIP PROGRAM GUIDED BY CASSIE LOEWEN, IN WHICH YOU WILL GAIN CLARITY, DIRECTION, AND CONFIDENCE ABOUT WHO YOU ARE, WHAT YOU ARE DOING, AND WHERE YOU ARE GOING.

Program Overview:

PIVOT is a 5-week mentorship program designed to empower individuals to reconnect with their authentic selves, rebuild confidence, clarify their direction, and take actionable steps. Through guided exploration and personalized support, participants will navigate a journey of self discovery through solo missions, storytelling, group activities (games, let's be honest), and emerge with a renewed sense of curiosity and the tools to dig deep and clear the way for a new chapter.

PIVOT is designed by Cassie Loewen based on an education in the fields of social work, energy work, neuroscience, quantum physics, positive psychology, strength-based practices, and narrative therapy.

Program Structure:

Each week will focus on a key theme, building upon the previous session to create an integrative experience. Sessions will include a combination of guided discussions, interactive exercises, reflection prompts, and practical tools. Assignments are fun and engaging, and include (but are not limited to): writing letters to yourself and each other, creating a timeline of your life stories, and practicing affirmation writing to get you where you are going with more ease.

      • Focus: Introduction

      • DEEP DIVE: IDENTITY

        • What is identity?

      • An introduction to the various ways we identify as humans, ways of understanding the self, belief systems and how they filter our perspective, and an exploration of tools for self-study

    Outcome: A stronger connection to yourself and others in the group.

    • Theme: PURPOSE

    • Activities:

      • Focus: Sharing

      • DEEP DIVE: PURPOSE

        What is purpose?

        • Values clarification exercise: Identifying your core values and how they influence your decisions.

        • Curiosity exploration: Uncovering your curiosities and exploring how to integrate them into your life.

        • Storytelling exercise: Sharing your personal narrative and identifying key turning points.

    • Outcome: A clearer understanding of your purpose and what you choose to make matter.

    • Theme: Dreams.

    • Activities:

      • Focus: Clarification.

      • DEEP DIVE: DESIRE

      • What is calling you towards it? How do you know?

      • Identifying resources and support: Exploring the resources and support systems needed to move toward your desires

      • Action planning: Developing a preliminary plan with your next steps

    Outcome: Clear vision.

    • Theme: Fear. 

    • Activities:

      • Focus: Obstacles

      • DEEP DIVE: FEAR

      • Identifying limiting beliefs: Recognizing the negative thoughts and assumptions that hinder your progress.

      • Fear mapping: Exploring the root causes of your fears and understanding their impact.

      • Reframing techniques: Learning strategies to challenge negative thoughts and cultivate a more positive mindset.

      • Building resilience: Developing tools to cope with setbacks and navigate challenges with confidence.

    Outcome: Increased self-awareness of your fears and the tools to overcome them.

      • Focus: Simplify

      • DEEP DIVE: ACTION

      • Prioritizing: Identifying the most important steps to take and focusing your energy effectively.

      • Creating an action plan: Developing a detailed plan with specific tasks, timelines, and milestones.

      • Accountability strategies: Establishing systems to stay on track and maintain momentum.

      • Celebrating progress: Recognizing and celebrating your achievements along the way.

    Outcome: An action plan for your next steps and the confidence to create the life you desire.
