In a Transition?
This Is Your Guided Writing Journey.

Writing for self-discovery, clarity, and turning points.

PIVOT is a seasonal writing journey for anyone navigating change—whether it’s burnout, breakthrough, or something quieter.

Maybe you are feeling pulled in a new direction.
Maybe life surprised you.
Maybe something in you just knows: it’s time to pivot.

Before you take the next step: this is your invitation to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself—not through pressure, but through presence.
With powerful prompts and grounded support, you’ll explore your story, gain insight, and discover what’s ready to emerge.

Who Is This Writing Journey For?

You’ll feel at home in PIVOT if...

  • You’re recovering from burnout or a big life shift

  • You feel in-between chapters, unsure what comes next

  • You’re craving clarity and gentle structure to process your thoughts

  • You want to write your way through healing, growth, and self-discovery

  • You miss community and want to land somewhere real

How the Writing Journey Flows

This isn’t a linear program — it’s a seasonal rhythm. Designed to be completed in 5 weeks, but you can go at your own pace.

  • Intention: Slow down, tune in, and land.
Outcome: You’ll begin by grounding into presence and self-trust. Through daily reflection and mindful practices, you’ll cultivate the awareness needed to observe where you are and arrive fully.

  • Intention: Uncover the stories beneath your thoughts.
Outcome: This theme is about excavating internal narratives — especially the ones shaped by culture, family, and fear. You’ll explore what you believe about yourself, others, and the world, and begin to consciously choose which beliefs you want to carry forward.

  • Intention: Build a relationship with your resistance.
Outcome: You’ll learn to meet fear without letting it lead. By examining your patterns of self-sabotage, avoidance, or perfectionism, you’ll gain tools to move through blocks with compassion — and continue even when things feel uncertain.

  • Intention: Reconnect with desire and vision.
Outcome: With clarity comes creativity. This is your space to name what you want, envision what’s possible, and anchor into your values and personal “why.” You’ll dream boldly, without limitation — and begin to trust your guidance.

  • Intention: Step forward with intention and integrity.
Outcome: It’s time to integrate what you’ve uncovered. This final part supports you in taking aligned, meaningful steps — no rushing, no pressure. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of courage, a clear next move, and a deeper connection to your own inner compass.

PIVOT is designed by Cassie Loewen based on an education in the fields of social work, neuroscience, quantum physics, positive psychology, strength-based practices, addictions & mental health, trauma-informed care and narrative therapy.

Meet your PIVOT guide

Cassie Loewen is a writer, mentor, and surfer who holds space for you to be yourself, share your em(ocean)s, explore your creativity and ride the wave. With over a decade of experience in coaching, advocacy, and social work — and a life shaped by global travels and deep listening — she brings a grounded, soulful presence to every story she meets. Cassie is here to help you come as you are, name what’s real, and move forward with more trust in your own rhythm. She believes in the power of writing to reveal what’s true, and the power of being witnessed as you find your way.

“How and what Cassie observes is fascinating, and how she makes things happen is mind blowing. She has a million ideas floating around in her head ready to be picked and turned into reality…

…it’s like “she’s pulling Post-it notes out of her hair and lecturing from them.”* That’s how I often felt with Cassie. Our art of conversation is feeding my soul in ways I didn’t know I craved.”
